The takee 1 of Estar generates holographic images on the smartphone. The system developed by the Chinese company Estar takee 1 is the first smartphone equipped with a holographic interface worldwide which was rolled out on Thursday afternoon in Beijing. The virtual image is generated by four cameras on the front side which track the user’s eye movements so it can render images differently from different angles.
These images are then processed by the phone to create a holographic experience. Amazon made the same approach to its Fire Phone in the past. With the cameras of Takee 1, it is possible to scan real world images and then display them as 3D model objects and thereby it is also easily possible to pass the scanned images onto a 3D printer. The Estar takee 1 not only conveys a deep impression when compared to the Amzaone’s Fire Phone but it also lets the content float in front of the phone’s screen. Estar Takee 1 comes with a 5.5 inch display (1080p resolution), a 2,500mAh battery, 2 GHz MT6592T octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, a 13 MP Sony Exmor IMX135 camera, dual-stereo speakers and it is built using new 3D metal cutting Technology and will be available in the market between 25th July and 15 August 2014.
