The Iranian Drones That Save Lives

Your neighborhood quadcopter probably doesn’t have the ability to launch Hellfire missiles, but just saying the word “drone” conjures up images of flying, buzzing death. But what about drones’ potential for saving lives?

This Drone Pars (From RTS Lab) is able to fly 10 minutes with a maximum speed of 7.5 m/s which means that Pars can cover areas with a range of 4.5 kilometers on one mission. Pars was tested and it is proved that pars saves lives faster than humans. It saved people in danger 75 meters away from the coast line and took only 22 seconds to complete the test and on the other hand the coast life guards took 91 seconds to do the same job. The best thing is that the Pars can also work at night with full functionality, using thermal sensors, bright lights, and a powerful built-in camera to stream video to rescuers on shore. Its cheaper and very easy to use and sets an example of what good can be done if we want to rescue humans from the skies.
