Nanoport (TM) allows devices to be magnetically attached to each other in various configurations. Enabled devices can be combined into a single larger device, letting users tile screens to create impromptu folding tablets, stack extensions like batteries, speakers or cameras, or even used to assemble combinations of custom gadgetry.
Users can also share data and power between phones using this nanoport technology. A Proof that the future is magnetic. According to the company Nano Magnetics’s (A company famous for making electroplated Nanodots) brochure, users can link up to 127 physical devices together any way that they’ll click with these ports.
According to the company’s CEO Mr. Tim Szeto, ” Nanoport effectively turns electronics into building blocks that can be combined to create new devices, then reconfigured for alternate uses. Nanoport gives us new ways to interact with our devices, and new ways for devices to interact with each other.”
This technology will be introduced from January 6th to the 9th 2015 at CES 2015 in Las Vegas.
