Windows 8: The Microsoft’s new Operating System is Ready to Roll Now

Finally the Windows 8 is officially complete and ready to rumble now. Microsoft has recently announced that the operating system has reached the “Release to Manufacture” (RTM Status) and is now being distributed to industry partners and associates.

The famous Computer manufacturers like Dell and Asus can now equip new devices with Windows 8 to ensure a perfect and flawless launch on 26th October 2012. The general availibilty of the computers and tablets using Windows 8 will also be on the same day.

Not only the standard version of Windows 8 but also the ARM subsidiary Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 have reached the RTM status altogether.

Some patience is yet required from the Members of the developer network MSDN and Technet because they will still have to wait until 15th August 2012 to be able to download the final version of Windows 8 as on this date windows store will go live.

well, on the same day 15th August 2012 the developers will get access to the latest Visual Studio 2012, which will enable them to write applications that they will finally present to sell in the windows store. Microsoft also said that this marketplace is to be made quickly available in as good as 200 countries soon. The President of Windows Stephen Sinofsky also declared on Wednesday that:

“Hardware partners will continue to provide new devices and improve support for existing devices. PC makers no doubt have quite a bit in store for all of us as they begin to show off PCs specifically designed for Windows 8.”
